A reflector tool is used and a DLL is decompiled to create a library project. Then this library is added as reference to the main project. When debuugin the following errors:

Exception Details: System.IO.FileLoadException: Could not load file or assembly sumlibrary, Version=1.0.0.10, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=f9f2cc99cd30dc52 or one of its dependencies. The located assembly manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

Error:

Decompiler DLL Project and The located assembly manifest definition does not match the assembly reference. (Exception from HRESULT: 0x80131040)

Fix 1:

While adding reference select the type of component you want as reference. After doing this clean and rebuild your application, and check whether it makes any difference.

Fix 2:

It can be a signed DLL and hence not working when built from refractor tool.
