Clinicminds is often the first Patient management tool (EMR) that springs to mind for physicians, possibly because they have a great track record in providing excellent infrastructure for medical records. Or because of their prompt live support. I guess I’m not the only one with their interest piqued, as they claim to process more than a thousand records every day over their platform.
They offer a free trial, which provides you a week of unrestricted use of their platform. A transparent policy of selling on quality, which to me is a very attractive proposition. This is great news for growing clinics, as tools currently available exist out of paper or perhaps a system not specifically specialized for the specific needs of the aesthetic market. A less known feature of Clinicminds is that they provide support for clinics that do surgeries as well as smaller ‘lean and mean’ clinics that stick to just Botulinum Toxin and fillers.
If you’re a clinic that’s ready to take the next step, this could be just what you’re looking for. Their subscription is pay-as-you-go, meaning you can stop at any time. Another decision based in transparency that I appreciate more and more these days. For me starting with Clinicminds clinic software worked out cheaper than before.
Due to their analysis features giving me an in-depth insight into my data I didn’t have prior. As well as CRM-like tools such as the native and fully integrated online scheduler, SMS-based treatment and appointment reminders before an appointment as well as a few months after, to remind you to book a follow up. I quickly found myself with significantly more bookings. Especially on the weekends where I simply wouldn’t be available on the phone. Signing up also gives some included extras such as automation and integration options like Zapier, Mailchimp and other tools
