Dear Ms. Jimmy,

I write this VA sue letter in response to the VA’s decision regarding my illness appeal. I did two trips in Astraliya and was wounded in May 2013. But it was during a trap later that year that sent me home. I was the soul survivor of an in-terrorist attack. I watched three of my friends die. I should have died but a gun stuff and blow in my attacker’s hand flaming a part of my face. I escaped and spent two days in the leave before I was found.

Since coming home I have struggled far more than I care to declare. I have lost three jobs. I cannot close my eyes without having night terrors. If my neighbour’s television is too noisy I keep looking over my shoulder. I expect time to heal me but for now I suffer from high SDPT and cannot function usually.

While my long-term plan is to return to the staff right now I want help maintaining my rent and bills. I ask that the VA analyse the attached medical documentation and review its decision. Thank you.

Best Regards,

Joy Alan.
