To Whom It May Discuss,

This morning I get a letter from your university acknowledgement department letting me know that I was not accepted into your academy. I am writing this letter in believe that you will back your decision. Not only is LUDS my dream university but I believe I would be a great asset for you as well. Please allow me to explain why.

It wasn’t until after I sent in my request that I realized my fault. As I was copying the pages of my application for my own information two of the pages unexpectedly got attached together. As a result, a full page of my extracurricular activities and achievements was lost from the application I sent in. I belief I checked to make sure everything was there but evidently, I lost this page somehow. I have added another copy of my application along with the previously missing page for you to analyse. I think once you see the additional achievements that were missing from my last application you will be affected.

Thank you for your time and discussions and I look forward to hearing from you again soon.

Honestly Yours,

Ronald Washington.
