[Fix] - Microsoft VisualStudio Editor Implementation Editor Package package did not load correctly
Scenario :
- When I try to open Microsoft Visual Studio after the 07/10/2013 Microsoft update, the following error will be displayed
No exports were found that match the constraint: ContractName
Microsoft.VisualStudio.Utilities.IContentTypeRegistryService RequiredTypeIdentity
Microsoft.VisualStudio.Utilities.IContentTypeRegistryService
This error happened to every member's of our group.
The Microsoft Visual Studio Professional 2012:
Version 11.0.50727.1 RTMREL
Error:
Microsoft.VisualStudio.Editor.Implementation.Editor Package' package did not load correctly
Fix :
- Here is the fix to solve this issue by removing the catch file by using the following path (Note: go to Run then paste the following path and remove the files)
%LOCALAPPDATA%\Microsoft\VisualStudio\11.0\ComponentModelCache
- After that we can restart our VS2012 (VisualStudio 2012).
