[fix]-PublicKeyToken-89845dcd8080cc91 could not be added to the project
Scenario:
PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91 could not be added to the project
Error:
The assembly reference "System.Data.SqlServerCe, Version=4.0.0.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=89845dcd8080cc91" could not be added to the project. This wizard will continue to run, but the resulting project may not build properly.
Fix 1:
For installing SQL server compact 4.0 on IIS webserver use the below link:
http://www.microsoft.com/en-in/download/details.aspx?id=17876
Fix 2:
Replace the path of the library file “System.Data.SqlServerCe.dll” in SQL Server 4.0 installation:
C:\Program Files (x86)\Microsoft SQL Server Compact Edition\v4.0\Private
Fix 3:
Use the Web Platform Installer to install
- Visual Studio Tools for SQL Server Compact 4.0
- Latest Microsoft Web Deployment Tool
Click on “Install” button in above screen.
Click on the “I Accept” button.
The installation is in progress.
Click on the “Finish” button to complete installation.
Fixes are applicable to the following versions of SQL Server:
SQL server compact 4.0
