Check your Date and Time

Go to Settings >>Date & Time
Enable Automatic Date and Time.

Go to, All the apps >>Find the Google Play Store>> Clear Cache and Data

Remove and Add Google Account

Go to Settin>> Accounts >> Google
Remove all your Google accounts

Then go back to Google play store and Sign-in? your account information
Accept all the Google terms and setup Google settings then Run Google Play Store and download the app

Check your Proxy Setting

Delete host file (Only for Rooted Devices)

First download the Root Explorer from your browser (Type Root Explorer apk and then download the app)
Go to Root Explorer >> Root
Go to the folder etc >> search “hosts” file and delete it.
Now, restart your device and try to download the app.

It is better instead of removing the file rename it to something else, so that you can restore it back if needed or backup the host file before deleting.
